In addition, your job can be posted to regional or industry/role specific boards to attract the most relevant candidates. For salaries of £40,000 or above we’ll also advertise your job on LinkedIn. We have access to leading job board databases, where we can search for and approach passive candidates who look a good fit for your role.
LinkedIn search & approach
With 20 million members in the UK alone, LinkedIn can be an invaluable source of passive candidates. We search the network against your screening criteria, inviting the strongest candidates to apply.
Bespoke application form
In addition to or instead of requesting CVs, we’ll create you an online application form so you can get the answers to the questions you need in order to effectively screen candidates. You can even include pre-application questions which will remove candidates early on who don’t meet the essential criteria for the role.
We know you’re busy, so for the length of the campaign we’ll direct candidate calls and enquiries to our in-house resourcing team, who will be able to advise them on the role. We’ll also take care of the initial communication required around rejecting or progressing your shortlisted applicants.
Application form screening
Using criteria provided by you, we’ll remove those applicants who are not suitable for your role based on their application form.
Manual CV screening
If your organisation accepts CVS, our in-house resourcing team will manually screen all of your applicants against your person specification and provide a shortlist of the very best applicants.
Free candidate assessments
If required, we can provide free Kenexa tests for your candidates. We have access to hundreds of assessments, from simple spelling and grammar to more advanced technical skills testing. We’ll take care of distributing the tests to your candidates and collating their scores too.
We can upload your candidates to your Applicant Tracking System, upload them to ours for you to review or simply send their details to you via email.
