| Step 1: Email us with details of your vacancy. We'll create an optimised advert (including your company name1) for your approval, and email you details of the job boards and databases that we will be using to source candidates for your vacancy. Please note: If we consider your vacancy unsuitable for online recruitment we will advise you so at this stage. Step 2: Launch your campaign. Upon your approval we'll post our advert to our network of job boards and begin our search for suitable candidates registered online. All response will be directed to our REC certified resource team who will screen out all unsuitable applications over the first week of your campaign. Step 3: Review your filtered response. The filtered candidate response from week 1 is emailed directly to you for review. You then have 7 days to confirm or cancel your campaign based on the results. At this point the candidates CVs will NOT contain the address or contact details, but the CVs provided will be the actual response from the Job boards. As soon as you continue with your campaign all the CVs will be forwarded again with all relevant contact details. 1please contact us for more information on which job boards your company name will appear on. |
