Candidate Experience
Whether you are currently working but searching for a new role or trying to get back into work, the recruitment process can be stressful for candidates. At Easy Web Recruitment our team are trained to be as helpful as possible to all candidate enquiries. In most cases the questions we get are easy to deal with, but if we do not know the answer we endeavour to find out and get back to the candidate. We make an effort to treat all candidates with respect and ensure we represent our clients in the very best light. We encourage all our clients to “mystery shop” our service as a candidate and see how we are representing them.
Candidate Communication
All candidates who apply are managed in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and they all receive email communication (individually customised by each client) to let them know whether they have been successful in making the shortlist that we forward to the client.
