CV Databases
We believe in working proactively to deliver you the very best shortlist available. This means you get to consider both active and passive candidates, and hire the best person available.
Online Databases
We search all the major online CV databases (including Monster, Totaljobs and Planet Recruit) which equates to several million CVs.
Our Internal Database
We also operate our own internal database of over 500,000 CVs. A database this size can cause its own problems, but we use the latest search software to identify which candidates meet your criteria, live within a reasonable commute and might be available. We are very proud of our internal database and keen to demonstrate its strengths in a web demo or face to face meeting.
The Process
Once we have researched a list of potential applicants we market your vacancy to them via SMS & email. When we have received confirmation that the candidate is interested in your vacancy we add them to the shortlist for you to consider.
This part of our service is particularly useful for roles that are slightly more difficult to fill, allowing us to reach candidates that are not actively looking for a new position, but may be interested if the right vacancy comes along.
