The integration of our service with your pre-existing work practices can take many forms. On a basic level it could mean us delivering the shortlisted candidates to you via email every Tuesday and Thursday morning. Or it could mean us uploading candidates directly into your ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Whatever your internal practices we are confident we will be able to integrate our service in a seamless fashion.
There are several pre-existing options by which we are happy to deliver your shortlisted candidates to you:
The simplest solution, but not necessarily the most practical if you have an inbox that is overloaded or you want to manage your candidates on an ATS.
Direct to your Website
Some clients require all candidates to apply online and complete their online application form. In this scenario we like to initially screen the response down and then work with the shortlisted candidates to explain fully the opportunity and encourage them to complete the online application form. By engaging with the shortlisted candidates in this manner we see very high completion rates of our client’s online application forms.
Your ATS
Assuming you have an ATS with the ability to receive candidates from agencies, then our recruitment team are able to log into your system and individually log each shortlisted candidate directly into your system.
Our ATS (EasyATS)
