The Process

As a customer of Easy Web Recruitment you are provided with a dedicated recruiter who will act as an extension of your own recruitment team. They will screen candidates to your exact requirements. Every candidate will be reviewed as to their suitability, and then notified as to the outcome of the screening.

Candidates that meet the shortlist are sent an email confirming this, and normally some information on the role and your organisation so that when you contact them, they are ready for your call. Candidates who do not meet your requirements are politely declined. Every candidate gets a response within a maximum of 5 working days (normally sooner).

Your Recruiter

Each member of our recruitment team prides themselves on the close attention to detail they apply in screening their client’s roles. Learning about your organisation and the intricate details of each role and dept. is a learning curve for your recruiter, but we start learning on day 1 and we don’t stop.

Anyone can post an advert on a job board. Your dedicated recruiter will work with you to ensure the advert is well optimised and attractive to read, they will also use the information you provide them with to source additional candidates via databases and social networks, finally they will screen all the candidates to your exact requirements.

We use some amazing websites and industry leading recruitment software, but ultimately it is the quality of the recruiter we provide you with which sees us deliver time and again on so many different vacancies, and why major organisations such as Tesco, Thomas Cook, Nike and Canon trust us to deliver on their vacancies.
