Self Assessment forms
Sometimes our clients will ask us to obtain certain information from candidates as part of the screening process. For example, a field sales role may require you carry a full UK driving licence.
We will often email candidates a self assessment form for this purpose. These forms are designed to be quick and simple to complete, and may even provide you with the opportunity to highlight your own preferences regarding shift patterns, locations etc.
