When you decide to use EWR you get a dedicated Account Manager who will screen all the advert response and match the relevant candidates to your requirements. This individual will also perform the database search for additional applicants.
What training does my account manager undergo?
We typically recruit staff that have little or no recruitment experience to our service delivery team. All new employees undergo our internal training programme and have their work routinely audited throughout their first 6 months. Once they have completed these first 6 months they get the chance to achieve a Certificate in Recruitment Practice from REC and full MREC status.
How often do you forward CVs to your clients throughout the four weeks?
As often as you like. Some clients require CVs everyday for them to review, others want them sent weekly on a Thursday morning. We are happy to accommodate your needs. Our standard service involves us screening the CVs on a weekly basis.
