Why should I come to you over a traditional agency? We offer a very similar service to traditional recruitment agencies, but we take away the large placement fees! Thanks to the Internet 80-90% of candidates are easily locatable for most positions, so why pay ridiculously high placement fees? How does your approach differ from that of a traditional recruitment agency? As we are not motivated by a placement fee, we are not interested in “selling” a candidate to you. All our staff adopt an ethical consultative approach, that sees you making your decisions in your own time.
