"I have to say that the selection process was initially rather bureaucratic, I had to submit a long list of personal information, in particular about my health, which I would ordinarily would not chose to disclose at that stage I think that this might have been asked for later on in the recruitment process. I was very pleased to be offered an interview, the joining instructions were clear, . The interviewers were friendly and professional and left a good impression of their organisation. On a less positive note , I was expected to stay in the whole of the following afternoon to await a telephone call with the result of the interview .I eventually received a call in the early evening. I would have ideally preferred to receive a letter advising me I was not successful or an e mail. It was not a particularly comfortable telephone call."
