Our first steps in recruitment began in 1999 when we established a specialist IT recruitment agency focused on markets within the software sector.

Whilst there will always be a need for such a niche service provider, we soon recognised that there was a very big gap in the recruitment market, in particular for clients that were looking to make the most of online recruitment and did not want to use a traditional agency model.
 

Our Aim?

We wanted to offer a low-cost, flat fee alternative to traditional recruitment agencies. We looked at bringing together a range of Internet services and software – and backing that up with an experienced and well trained team.

The Result?

A fast, efficient, online recruitment service. So far, over 400 clients use our service, including some of the UK’s largest employers, as well as smaller and medium sized companies (for more info on our client base please click here)

The Future?

In our first year we delivered an effective but inflexible service. We have now grown our company so that we can customise any aspect of our service to each clients’ specific needs. We are also continually expanding our service. The past few months have seen us roll out online application forms, self-assessment forms, applicant tracking software, Google AdWords campaigns and bespoke online assessment development with more additions to come throughout the year.
